Q: What happens if I did not update my work/government Email address in the old System?

A: Without a valid Email, an Email Invitation to use the new System will not be sent out. In this case, you should Register as a new User with the new System.

Q: If they have older reports to add, can they still do that after the transition date?

A: Yes, Reports not currently in the DREData System can be added into the new system once live. It is required that they comply with the new data quality and format standards.

Q: Can you upload a picture of the face sheet?

A: Yes, you can upload a picture of the facesheet, but you will not need to. The system has been designed specifically around the facesheet and will allow a user to print or save a pdf copy of the facesheet once an evaluation has been established

NOTE: No Subject of Suspect PII should be uploaded into the system. This applies to the Document Upload feature as well as free text comment fields.

Q: I have some old Evaluations or Reports that need to be added, Can I add them in the new System?

A: Yes. After you login to your account, you can create new evaluations under the Create option in the menu.

Q: What happens to Evaluations/Reports that were not approved by my Agency/Regional/State Coordinators in the Old System?

A: Those un-approved Evaluations shall be available in the new System for the Agency/Regional/State Coordinators to approve. These un-approved reports listed under the author's Dashboard.

Q: Will I be able to enter the Toxicology Report(s) for Evaluation(s) that were entered in the Old System?

A: Yes. You would have to identify the appropriate Evaluation under your Username in the new System and be able to enter Toxicology Reports.

Q: Where do I see the NSTRC Website to see all the Information, Videos and Documents?

A: NSTRC Website link is given in the Footer of the DREData System.

Q: Where do I update my DRE Number and Certification Status?

A: Please reach out to your state coordinators for updating your DRE numbers and Certification status.
